Mid America Harley-Davidson was awarded the company’s prestigious Silver Bar & Shield Circle of Excellence Award. Mid America Harley-Davidson earned the award based upon an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, motorcycle and related product skills, skilled and knowledgeable staff, their dealership facility and other operational measures.

Over 600 of their dealers were rated by Harley-Davidson using a predetermined set of criteria.
