1. Please email your request to admin@midamericahd.com with any pertinent information, flyers or brochures. PLEASE NOTE: This request must accompany any and all other information or the request will not be considered.
2. The request must be made 90 days in advance of your scheduled event or gathering to be considered.
3. The CIC will meet to review these requests. If your information is not received in a timely manner to coincide with your event, we will not be able to make a donation to your event at this time.
4. The Donation Request Form will only be considered if it is a "local" group, organization or activity. "Local" is defined as any request originating within 50 miles of zip code 65202 which is set forth as the market for Mid America Harley-Davidson/Buell.
5. All decisions will be made by the CIC and based on the Donation Request Form information and any other attachments to said form. The CIC will notify the contact person for each form by written letter within five (5) days of the conclusion of the quarterly meeting.
