Donations
Blacktop Harley-Davidson® has supported many charities and poker runs since opening; our community is important to us. We have supported charities such as Central Missouri Honor Flight, Patriot Guard Riders/American Legion Riders, Missouri Patriot Paws, and several other groups to name a few. We can receive around 20 - 30 charity requests a month. MAH-D® would love to support each charity but of course, can not. This does not mean we do not care, we do, but we cannot support each and every cause, no matter how much we would like to.

Due to the large number of charitable requests we receive, we make decisions according to the following criteria:
- Please submit your request with any pertinent information, flyers, or brochures. Please note: This request must accompany any and all other information or the request will not be considered.
- The request must be made at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your scheduled event or gathering to be considered.
- If your information is not received in a timely manner to coincide with your event, we will not be able to make a donation to your event at this time.
- The Donation Request Form will only be considered if it is a "local" group, organization, or activity. "Local" is defined as any request originating within approximately 50 miles of Blacktop Harley-Davidson®, which is set forth as the market for Blacktop Harley-Davidson®.
- If you will be hosting a poker run and Blacktop Harley-Davidson® will be on your route, please note that on your donation request form and/or include a route map with your request.
